Noun: An evening party or gathering, typically in a private house, for conversation or music.
Soirees are usually “in” in HS. In fact, it’s not even just for conversation or music! :)) It’s usually a section of an all-girls school paired with a section of an all-boys school! If all goes well, soirees can give you good memories and good friendship with other people! :)
And now we’re in college, who said we can’t go on soirees?
Before starting the school year, my college friends decided to have dinner wearing our HS uniforms :) Super reminded me of soireeees we had before!
So what then is great with college soirees?
You’re not limited with just only two schools or two sections! You can invite as many as you want :D
You can actually study together
Have games and talk all night!
Be able to represent your school :)
Spend time with old friends…
and get to hang out with new ones as well :)
But more importantly…
You realize that no matter where you came from, God has His ways of connecting each one of you :)
